Hostex Cape media launch

A select group of media were treated to a behind-the-scenes look into what goes on in the kitchen of a busy five-star hotel, much of which is showcased at Hostex each year.

Executive Chef of the Michelangelo Hotel in Sandton, Andrew Atinkinson, gave guests a guided tour through the kitchen before presenting a sumptuous seven-course meal with perfected matched wines:
