Even the most revolutionary menu has a few firm favourites, and Hostex Cape wouldn’t be the same without the SA Chefs Village presenting culinary challenges and pressure tests to some of SA’s most talented chefs and future Gordon Ramsays.
And the piece de resistance is more of the same vibrant, energetic buzz that’s characterised Hostex since 1986 – but with an injection of new life.
